About the role : - Customer growth in the category team at Supr is geared towards achieving higher share of wallet from our acquired users - Deeply analytical in nature, problem solving is at the heart of achieving success in the role - Iterating your way to success with quick, agile experimentation encompassing the entire customer journey post acquisition is core to the tole - Daily active users, active users with high category penetration are some of the key metrics for which you will be responsible - Working close with analytics, product and category managers will be crucial to optimize and scale experiments Requirements and Qualifications : - Tier 1 MBA or Engineering graduate - 1-3 years of work experience in growth stage startups, e-commerce or management consultancy - Experience in the growth function of a growth stage or early stage technology startup is preferred - Strong data orientation with a structured problem solving approach is a must
