Responsibilities : - Lead a team of customer champions across social media, escalations and other support&nbsp;channels with utmost efficiency - Regular reporting to the management with respect to operational matrices of respective&nbsp;teams - Execute short-term or long-term projects within support functions which can contribute to&nbsp;improving customer experience - Bring CX-first mindset &amp; capabilities: serve as a customer expert, through deep&nbsp;understanding and capability across CX tools, such as Voice of Customer surveys,&nbsp;customer observations, escalation data analysis etc. - Interact with category team, brands, and other stakeholders to get information on&nbsp;products, specifications, offers, etc - Prepare process guides based on SOPs and inputs shared by other support functions - Work on KM rollouts by interacting with the source, getting clarifications for the&nbsp;stakeholders &amp; publishing it to the correct subset of recipients - Manage the overall information in the KB (troubleshooting, process guides, and KM&nbsp;rollouts) in such a way that the customer champions are not flooded with too much&nbsp;information and periodically expire unwanted information from the KB Requirement : - Worked for 3-5 years in a B2C environment handling complex customer escalations - Team handling experience - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience with MS Excel-based reporting and analytics - Excellent problem-solving skills - Good stakeholder management skills - Excellent communication skills in English. Fluency in Hindi and other regional languages&nbsp;will be good to have - Presence of mind, at all times. While it may sound relatively easy and a ubiquitous&nbsp;quality, a combination of situational awareness and an ability to proactively address&nbsp;concerns and anticipate issues based on the available data is a key requirement
