About the Organization Supr Daily is a daily delivery service pioneering the grocery revolution in India. We leverage the power of the milk railroad to deliver eggs, bread, fruits, veggies, and other groceries to your doorstep by 7 am, daily. Founded by Puneet Kumar and Shreyas Nagdawane, alumni of IIT and IIM, Supr Daily began its journey in the suburbs of Mumbai. Category Marketing at Supr Daily is responsible for growing revenue through effective marketing initiatives on both on-platform and off-platform channels. The role requires meticulous planning keeping business objectives in mind and marrying customer insights to drive an effective monthly marketing calendar. Ruthless execution to achieve monthly, weekly and daily targets on customer engagement is the key to success in this role. Running experiments and deriving insights constantly to optimize marketing communication, design and customer targeting is critical for effectiveness. Key responsibilities : 1) Owner of the monthly marketing calendar for all categories incorporating key category priorities, customer shopping occasions and business goals. 2) Ideate, plan and execute multiple iterative experiments to improve effectiveness of marketing communication and targeting. 3) Build and own the sessions (customer visits) and impressions targets for each key product category 4) Launch and improve all CRM (Push notification, sms, email etc) campaigns targeted to improve category growth and penetration 5) Launch and improve all re-targeting campaigns aimed at improving the session frequency of customers Job requirement : - Data orientation - Strong bent of problem-solving through data and being data-first. - Marketing nous - Think from a customer's point of view and devise creative ways to drive platform preference - Relevant experience in category marketing in e-commerce or brand marketing experience in other fast paced industries is a plus - Top tier B-school graduate
