Manager - Buying Operations Responsibilities : In-stock management : - Drive overall category in-stock % across 3 cities - Continually improve on-time delivery and vendor supply fill-rate - Manage inwarding escalations and prioritize deliveries if required - Process Design - develop detailed SOPs across - Vendor fill-rate and delivery time improvement - Frequent cost price &amp; MRP updates - SKU grammage changes to catalog - Vendor payment misses &amp; escalations Daily vendor RTV : - Stock liquidation &amp; resale - Stakeholder Management - Collaborate closely with Warehouse teams on issues &amp; solutions - Work closely with vendors and solve any operational issues - Work closely with the planning team to ensure good in-stock management Liquidation : - Identify liquidation partners across regions for different types of categories - Resell expired products back to vendors Team Management : - Manage a team of 8+ people across vendor management and replenishment
