Designation-General Manager Ops (Design) Experience- 5-8 Years Location-Bangalore Role & Responsibilities: - Building Products, Processes and Automation Solutions to achieve the required reliability, quality, and efficiency in Warehouses - Creating and executing Fulfilment, Procurement, Inventory Management and Order Processing Strategy within Warehouses. - Designing and Executing class-leading design principles centered around superior Customer Experience - Working with Operations, Technology and Business Teams to build the most disruptive grocery supply chain - Improving existing process and products to enhance yield and quality of service Job Requirements: - MBA/BTech from a Top Tier college in India / abroad - 5 - 8 years of Warehouse Design - Relevant consulting experience can be considered as well - Prior experience in e-commerce / retail / consumer goods / supply chain - Good problem-solving skills in an ambiguous and unstructured environment - Should have had experience of handling projects pertaining to pricing, planning, benchmarking, and 18 605007788, competition analytics.
