Role Deliverable: - Lead the overall brand communication charter for the marketing org. Key deliverables include : 1) Building and rolling out key brand assets - visual, sonic&nbsp; 2) Creating key pieces of brand communication (Films, outdoor, print) etc.&nbsp; 3) Stratetgising and creating sharp media plans - The role is the central lead role for brand communication and will be responsible for ensuring that the brand thinking is entrenched in all key verticals of the org. - The role also demands that while ATL is leveraged for reach, new age innovative digital thinking on brand is pursued, shaped and executed by this person Areas of responsibility: - Develop and execute brand vision, identity and it's rollout in the entire organization - Develop and execute large ATL campaigns to drive awareness, traffic, acquisition and retention - Be the custodian of the consumer, and work closely with the research &amp; effectiveness team to develop a deep consumer understanding backed by thorough qualitative and quantitative research - Own in entirety, the central brand communication, and also conceptualize category and private label marketing agenda - Work with the creative and media buying agencies to conceptualize innovative and memorable creatives keeping in mind the communication objectives of the campaign - Liaison with city, social and creative verticals to ensure the brand is represented in the right manner across the board - Analyse campaigns across cities across different parameters to track ROI and publish the same to all stakeholders Must haves : - MBA from Tier 1 B-Schools - Ecommerce/Internet experience - ATL, BTL and Media Planning &amp; Buying experience
