Support Relationship Manager - Large-Mid Corporate Structured Finance

Position: Support RM

Location: Mumbai

CTC: 18 LPA

Key Responsibilities -

Part of business team for large-mid corporate structured finance transactions

- Responsible for creating tailor made wholesale debt financing solution, preparing credit appraisal memo (CAM), commiittee presentations and financial models in close coordination with client and relationship manager

- Collaborating closely with risk, compliance, legal and other internal teams to work out viable transaction structure to be tabled for credit committee meetings

- Focused on lending to promoter companies, particularly level-up or level-down subsidiaries including operating company lending, PE-exit backed lending, hybrid structures etc

- Managing sector agnostic transactions (excl real estate) involving large corporates and well funded start-ups.

- Managing existing portfolio of Rs. 1000 Cr and also responsible for development of inhouse processess

- Building and maintaining relationships with mid and large corporate clients

- Preparation of In-Principle Credit Note and Presentations for Credit Committee approvals,

- Understanding of Credit and to present proposal to Management for approvals

- Monitoring on credit risk metrics and highlighting early warning signals. Follow-up with clients for covenants, post disbursal documents and internal review requirements. Working closely with Credit and Collections team to monitor EWS.

- Coordination with other departments - Operations, -Legal, Compliance as a part of Business Team

- Working with internal Legal team and External Legal Counsel on transaction documentation

- Renewal/ review of cases in timely manner.

- Liaising with internal operations teams to ensure execution of transactions and closure.

- Understanding of Audit compliance and regulatory compliance.
