We have an urgent requirement with one of our client in Bangalore for Support Lead/ Manager.

Its a app based platform which was started in 2015 and has a good investment from Google. This app allows one to find people who are willing to run any type of errand - be it rounding out shopping lists or picking up and dropping off chargers forgotten at home.Mainly helps people to buy foods and groceries through this app. Launched only in Bangalore and certain pockets of Pune as of now.


Role Description:

Support Lead

- The candidate will own teams and processes for User, Partner, and Merchant support.

- Reporting: Tentatively, the candidate will report Community Operations

Manager

- Evaluation: Mandatory experience in managing customer support in email, phone and chat.

Skillsets:

(a) Experience of managing teams - call center types, 24x7

(b) Strong on process design and optimization

(c) Fairly good with data required for operational decisions
