Support Lead - Learning Experience - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

POSITION SUMMARY :

The primary purpose of this position is to look into the quality (check, assurance etc.) along with training.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITY OF THE JOB :

- Quality assurance and check

- Align quality measures, device quality parameters and metrics and continuous improvement

- Provide solutions to business by looking at TQM

- Multi-stakeholder management

- Handled training (classroom, instructional design etc.)

- Perform quality check and push resources to production

- Responsible for maintaining quality of people and processes

INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTS / SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Internal : NA

External : Interact with multiple stakeholders, including various departments, customers and partners

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :

Experience :

- 3-10 years of experience in quality assurance and training

Education :

- IIM/ISB/Equivalent colleges

- Relevant certifications in quality, processes and training

Skills :

- SQL/R/Python.

- Six Sigma/Lean

- Process/Domain expertise
