Job Summary:
We are looking for self-directed, tenacious go-getters with demonstrated excellence in Business Development / Enterprise Sales / Customer Relation Management in B2B environment, preferably with expertise in Industrial/Manufacturing domains to join us as Enterprise Account Manager with Business Development & Strategy Team.
Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for generating top line from enterprise sales; Understand client's strategic goals and match up to internal capabilities through construction and delivery of compelling business cases. Continuously identify new business opportunities; Manage and build on client base, serving as the company's representative in the market place.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect potential clients, launch customised reach-out campaigns, conduct partnership presentations for new business generation.
- Identify pain points and stakeholders in client organisation, build custom proposals to fit client's business needs, perform commercial, legal, financial negotiations and integrate contract requirements with business operations.
- Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders; understanding and interpreting technical requirements; clarifying product & service capabilities, overcoming objections to secure closure.
- Build and manage Client Relationship Strategies.
- Influence Account & Sales plans for targeted accounts.
- Drive after-sales processes and feedback loop, achieve high level customer engagement through analytics, guided selling and the like for continuous account growth and retention.
- Manage, update and track customer and transactional information in the CRM system.
- Drive day-to-day interactions with clientele; monitor Service Level Agreement (SLA) deliverables, marshal cross functional company resources to address customer drivers and initiatives in a consultative manner.
- Track and evaluate client requirements and assist other internal teams to set priorities, develop targeted messaging and business cases that strengthen company's value proposition in target sector.
- Contribute to overall market strategy by monitoring markets, competitors, business landscape in general - analysing and leveraging trends, competitor information and client feedback.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation and organisation skills.
- Understand the business products and services and be able to articulate its functions and benefits to external audiences.
- Knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to closure. Exposure to Account Farming (both horizontal and vertical strategies) is a plus.
- Strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, sales acumen and sound business judgement.
- Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Smart learner, with ability to maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge.
- Ability to develop and conduct effective presentations - offline / online, with decision makers of all size and authority.
- Strong computer proficiency with extensive knowledge of ICT solutions like IP telephony, cloud etc. and other popular digital communication platforms. Hands on knowledge of Sales/People Management software tools is a plus.
- Self-directed and resourceful. Committed individual with strong work ethic willing to go the extra mile when needed.
- Comfortable to travel as the work demands. Be able to think, act and respond on the go, alongside managing travel schedules.
- Fiscal responsibility with regards to expense management
