Supply Planning Manager - FMCG/CD/Pharma

Job Title: Supply Planning Manager

Location: Mumbai

Main Job Purpose:

- The Supply Planning Manager is responsible for Supply Planning for the short to medium term to optimise customer service at minimal cost and facilitate Supply Chain.

Key Accountabilities:

- Manage the supply planning process; focusing on short term supply planning and inventory management of finished goods.

- Generate Short/Medium term master production scheduling and material requirement planning

- Work closely with the third party planning team (local and imported packs) to ensure delivery of customer service, stock and cost requirements

- Work closely with the Warehouse & Distribution Manager to ensure delivery of customer service, stock and cost requirements.

- Work closely with distribution to understand outbound network constraints and liaise with the appropriate planning teams (site and third party) to overcome short/medium term constraints

- Determines inbound logistics requirements

ESSENTIAL

- University Degree / Engineering Degree/MBA. Batch 2010- 2011 from Tier 1 Institutes Only

- Supply chain (APICS etc) qualification advantage

- Cross functional business process knowledge

- People Management

ESSENTIAL

- 1-5 Years in Supply Chain operations from FMCG/Consumer Durable/Pharma Industry Customer Service, Planning experience
