Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Order fulfillment, on time dispatch of orders by coordinating with sellers, category, operations team members
- Seller relationship management, build rapport and increase business
- Periodic seller reviews to boost the performance and identify improvement plans
- Ensuring availability and pricing on the platform, periodic reviews, data-driven actions
- Driving seller initiatives on the platform to boost sales
- Responsible for timely resolution of all post-delivery customer complaints in best possible manner to maintain highest service standards
Who can apply:
- Engineer + MBA from premier institute.
- 2-5 years of industry experience (pre or post MBA)
- Strong analytical and data orientation, attention to detail
- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to work with and navigate multiple stakeholders for closures
- Self-starter and driven individual
