Roles & responsibilities:

- Responsible for Order fulfilment and on-time dispatch of orders by coordinating with sellers, category, operations team members

- Seller relationship management, building rapport and increasing business

- Periodic seller reviews to boost performance and identify improvement plans

- Ensuring availability and pricing on the platform, periodic reviews, and data-driven actions

- Driving seller initiatives on the platform to boost sales

- Responsible for resolving all post-delivery customer complaints in the best possible manner to maintain the highest service standards.

Who can apply:

Education: MBA

- 5-10 years of Cements, TMT & Steel industry experience

- Strong analytical and data orientation, attention to detail

- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal and relationship-building skills

- Ability to work with and navigate multiple stakeholders for closures

- Self-starter and driven individual
