Supply Manager - Bulk Hiring - Blue Collar

Budget: Upto 26 lpa + benefits

- Design & Execute variable delivery models at the Zone level (Non Partner & LMA)

- End to end peak hiring program management for the zone/cluster (Planning & Execution)

- Accountable and drive delivery cost (VCPS)

- Closely partner with National Supply Head and Zonal Managers to ensure planning & delivery of right model mix

- Prepare annual/monthly operating plan for clusters & zone by partnering with the stakeholders

- Capacity and Availability Planning MOM

- 100% availability of last mile talent

- Identify, scale and strengthen the right influencers locally and onboard as per the business requirements

- Optimize talent cost/speed of hiring

- Build strategy for deficit closure (Branding / Marketing activities)
