Supply Finance Advisor - FMCG/Consumer Durables/Chemicals/Pharma

1.) Looking for someone who has good experience in factory finance and has partnered with the factory head or HODs of the factory.

2.) Serve as the Finance Co-pilot to the Factory Director and factory management team providing financial advice to ensure sound financial and operational decisions. Support strategy and implementation, developing and evaluating longer term strategies, forecasts and investment plans.

3.) Responsible for planning, directing and monitoring the activities related to the company's costs systems and analysis of product costs and contribution margins-including details for prime, conversion and logistics costs.

4.) Responsibilities include governance/control, reporting, analysis and planning of supply performance, co-piloting for Supply leadership, and managing/developing supply finance analysts (2 contract positions).

5.) Responsible for managing the Fixed asset register and also for control & compliance related to fixed asset.

6.) Improve, and ensure compliance with internal processes and implement necessary control procedures to ensure achievement of factory business and company objectives. Instill strong cost control and planning discipline to assist senior plant management in controlling manufacturing costs.
