Supply Chain Transformation Projects/Digital & CI Projects Role

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead Supply Chain Transformation Projects

- Co-lead transformation projects along with planning & warehouse team

- Explore AI, ML, RPA for improving effectiveness of Supply Chain processes.

- Create digital SOPs for all planning, warehouse and transportation related processes

- Lead implementation of Integrated Supply Chain solution

- Lead implementation of automation of Order Management system to improve LOTIF, turn around time for order execution and to provide full visibility of expected delivery dates for pending orders

- Continuous Improvement: Execute continuous improvement projects using operational excellent and project management methodology

- Work with stake holders for executing key efficiency and process effectiveness related projects to achieve process excellence and agility in supply chain functions (Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing, Demand and Supply Planning)

- Work with stake holders for loss analysis and identify opportunities to drive efficiency in Supply Chain

- Carry out Ideal State mapping for all process & identify losses/wastages.

- Do Value Stream mapping for the different m=nodes of supply chains & for different suppliers/vendors.

- Coaching/Training the organization on Lean/Loss Elimination tools.

- Ensure effective project management and tracking of all continuous improvement projects

- Develop a tracker/dashboard for the update of continuous improvement projects.

- KPIs dashboard & Tracking : Support development of KPIs dashboard and exception reports for Supply Chain

- Design, Develop and publish KPI digital dashboard for Supply Chain function to track progress vs plan on a monthly basis

- Support development and roll out of KPI dashboard through Qlik Sense.

- Build a framework for root cause analysis for variance vs plan for key KPIs

- Provide support for MIS (as per requirement) and presentations for key meetings (presentations for SC meet, Quarterly/Annual review meetings etc.)

- Supply Chain Center of Excellence: Create center of excellence to augment capability of supply chain

- Drive Center of excellence with Supply Chain teams and ensure execution to plan.

- Participate in project development activities with SC Team.

- Finalize the location and set it up as Center of excellence.

- Engage Service provider and have formalize expectation of the project.

- Formalize key KPI/benefits and measure it on a periodic basis

Education and skills required-

- Graduate or Engineer with MBA degree.

- Possess good knowledge of supply-chain management and logistics.

- Supply Chain consulting experience especially in SC Transformation would be preferred

- Relevant experience of 5 to 7 years.

- Experience on Lean tools/Six Sigma tools is a must.

- Good communication skills

- Analytical ability to understand data, costs, trends and evolve strategies.

- Project management or experience would be an added advantage
