Job Responsibilities -   1. Lead client facing engagements in Supply Chain Transformation projects and be capable to provide recommendations to the client on the deliverables provided by the consultants.  2. Ability to provide resolution to challenges towards complex situations during the transformation process.  3. Create business case for process redesign and new technology/ application adoption.  4. Handle Change Management processes for transition projects in supply chain area.  5. Define implementation, training and documentation plan.  6. Ability to track and monitor performance against deadlines, milestone etc. and report to the senior management on the weekly, monthly or quarterly progress.  Academic Qualifications  BE (Any discipline) + MBA (Desired), Project Management certification.  Work Experience  1. Exposure to external clients onsite is mandatory. Consulting experience is required. Core industry experience in addition to consulting desirable.  2. Industry experience - Exposure to Supply Chain in Manufacturing / Retail / BFSI / Telecom / Energy & Utilities desirable.  Skill Requirements  1. Hands on experience of Project Management in Supply Chain Transformation projects.  2. Experience in Supply Chain project execution encompassing Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Management, Contracting, Warehousing and Transportation.  3. Working knowledge of SAP Material Management and possibly more features in SAP.  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to express complex concepts in layman's terms, both verbally and in writing.  5. Ability to conduct client engagement and workshops  6. Excellent skills in EXCEL, Analytics tools, Power point presentations.  7.
