Drive single source of truth (Enterprise Data Warehouse) to enable harmonized supply chain definitions, data combine, synchronized management reporting.  Roll out reporting standards.  Create base for self service reporting and analytics and roll out service with help of appropriate tools as key enablers.   Align KPI definitions with Business Balanced Scorecard KPIs across various Markets, BGs and Functions. Automate management reports and decks in the standard format with the help of management reporting tool.  Leverage existing Report Portal, to automate & publish management supply chain reports. Derive insights and disseminate among key stakeholders.  Strategize and enable mobile version of the reports for targeted audience.  Ensure strong operational and technical stability on a central level in line with compliance standards and data availability near real time.   Experience & Must Haves:  - 10+ years of experience with strong supply chain operations background and KPI orientation.  - Capable of co-designing future reporting requirements.  - Deep knowledge of data and technology (SAP BW) and experienced in designing reports using BW and Hana platforms.  - Ability to generate business insights and gravitas to interact with senior business stake holders  - Prepared to operate abroad for 3 to 6 months at short notice.  - Will operate out of Bangalore in longer term.  CLEAR PREFERENCE TO IMMEDIATE JOINEES AND CANDIDATES WITH SHORT NOTICE PERIODS.
