Supply Chain Professional - Customer Service & Demand Planning - Logistics Business

- We are seeking Supply Chain professionals in the Customer Service and Demand Planning role.

- Candidates who have good Customer Service Relationship Management, Supply & Demand Planning and Logistics & Taxation (Relating to Excise and Order Fill Rate, On Time Delivered to Request, Invoice Accuracy, Quality metrics.

- Degree in Supply Chain or Commercial stream; MBA in Operations Research/Supply Chain with 10-12 years experience preferred for this role.

- Be accountable for sales-order-to-cash (SOTC) cycle Frequency and quality of customer visits/ interactions should be documented.

- Work closely with Commercial Team.

- Support the India commercial function in supply chain related discussions with customers.

- Good computer skills, office software, MRP knowledge. Good grasp of SAP/ERP system is preferred
