Supply Chain Operations - FMCG - IIM/NITIE/ISB/XLRI

- Recommends on Forecasts metrics to the respective team. Inputs into the Forecasting models and helps design optimal forecasting process.

- Responsible for Master data management, Demand planning activity completion in line with the norms, work with the Category Ops team to improve estimation and supply chain back end.

- Works across multiple locations and with multiple functions - Category Team, Data Management Team, Logistics team, SAP Support team. Coordinates through them execution of deployment strategies, timely connection of stocks, production, Master data accuracy etc.

- Recommends periodic optimization of supply network in consultation with the SBU and Logistics. Reviews and recommends on inventory across nodes and K1 opportunities.
