Designation: Manager - Supply Chain Management

KRA:-

- Logistics department organization structure, policy and SOP formulation

- Reviewing and streamlining business processes for optimum efficiency

- Designing, implementation and operations of logistics processes related to FG distribution

- Identifying scope for cost innovation to enhance performance level

- Vendor Selection and Development

- Network & Distribution optimization

- Structured reviews of warehousing & transportation service vendors

- Regular monitoring and control of inventory norms, defective stock generation and liquidation.

- Defining & implementing inventory accounting policies

- Logistics planning, resource sizing, procurement, transportation and distribution strategies

- Develop & implement Standard Operation Procedures for all operations

- 100% implementation and compliance of my SAP at all warehouse for all transactions

- Monitor & control of Operational Cost and taking corrective measures for Cost Innovation

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Knowledge:

- In-depth understanding of general supply chain processes including, inventory cum warehouse management operations and contract management

- Thorough appreciation and expertise in 3PL Logistics and Distribution Service provision.

- Knowledge of the verticals like Consumer Durable & Electronics.

- Excellent knowledge and comprehensive experience with WMS and demographic knowledge of India

- Awareness of cost optimization and orientation for improvement in processes in warehouse

Skills:

- Forward thinkers with exceptional planning skills

- Good communication skills, both oral and in writing in English

- Attention to detail, strong problem solving skills and technological proficiency

- Good computer skills

- Must be a good team member and able to motivate and inspire the best in others

Experience:

- Experience in the Supply Chain operations for Organized retail, eCommerce, Consumer Durables & Electronics

- 5-10 years of Warehouse & SCM experience
