Job Description : Regional Supply Chain Manager handling SCM product strategy for international clients of global organization based in Mumbai.

Description :

- Profit & Loss ownership for the region, understanding and performance managing key performance drivers to maximise growth and profitability.

- Ensure all services and solutions are effectively documented and rolled-out (including associated training programs) to facilitate effective selling, implementation and execution.

- Responsible for managing the development and/or introduction of innovation/new services and solutions based on local market/customer needs

- Working with commercial teams to ensure we sell profitable solutions to our customers through appropriate direct and indirect support, including development of customized solutions where strategically required to differentiate beyond standard offerings

- Representative within the global Solutions team for the selected vertical and key functional contact for the vertical and their product and service requirements

Profile :

- At least 10 years of industry experience (3PL, supply chain management) in international supply chain management

- Ability to work and thrive in a flexible and dynamic matrix organization with a focus on networking, collaboration and adaptability.

- Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills; both written and verbal

- A commercial mind with a flair for product development and value selling

- Strong drive, initiative and engagement - ability to work self-directed and well organized.

- Ability to take a Strategic and Global view.
