About our Client : Our client is a leading India Sports Nutrition & Dietary Supplements company with over a decade of operations and an ever-increasing India footprint. They are in the process of raising funds and are poised for exponential growth with existing presence in over 20 cities. They need a strong Supply Chain Manager to work directly with the MD and drive impact in the business.

Job Description : In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for:

- Create the SCM strategy

- Implement and monitor all activities relating to receipt, storage & dispatch /issue of materials including finished goods to all customers to meet production, Supply and site targets

- Ensure the quality of materials by proper storage

- Maintain optimum inventory control by balancing of receipts & issues

- Monitor the critical spares availability

- Ensure adherence to all company commercial SOPs & statutory requirements

- Ensure Material is stored in locations specified as per FIFO, FEFO & LIFO systems

- Perform Material Shortage Analysis, and Consumption Analysis

- Accountable for accuracy of physical vs. book stock in all areas under control

- To set and meet the quality objectives and ensure that all the departmental activities are carried out as per QMS guidelines

- Ensuring all regulatory requirements is met

- Coach and develop skilled workforce.

- Support and propagate culture conducive to implementation of an innovative QMS.

The Successful Candidate :

- You will be an MBA in Supply Chain Management with ~8-12 years of experience in FMCG/Manufacturing set ups managing high volumes & an exposure to the eCommerce companies.

- The client is looking for an astute professional with demonstrated experience in Managing Corporate Level SCM responsibility for large companies besides stability in the past roles.

- Good Demonstrated experience in handling Demand Planning and use of forecasting tools, hand on experience in Warehousing, freight management & inventory management is also desirable.
