Supply Chain Manager - SAP - Manufacturing

Responsible for developing supply chain strategies and operating plans globally to ensure appropriate resources to support sales forecast, projected growth, and product transfers across sites.

- Responsible for demand planning, supply chain planning and production planning including material requirements planning for all 4 manufacturing sites (Singapore, USA, China and Taiwan).

- Accountable for inventory strategy and plan.

APAC Supply Lead for Professional Products developing cost-effective, robust and responsive supply chain for this business. Responsible for determining sourcing strategy for new products, managing supply constraints, ensuring customer service, innovation planning, savings agenda are met for the portfolio.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- 10 years of business experience or related IT experience on medium to large scale projects

- 5 years SAP experience

- 3 years experience in continuous and process improvement projects

- Established subject matter expert in one or more of the following process areas; Financial domain like FICO, COPA, Treasury, Banking

- Demonstrated consulting skills to assess areas of opportunity and influence clients to adopt improvement plans

- Respected as a thought leader in one or more business process areas

- Experienced working with ambiguity and a fast paced and changing environment

- Proven conflict resolution skills

- Strong problem solving/decision-making skills

- Demonstrated ability to utilize Project Management tools and practices in a daily setting

- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influencing and leading others at all levels of the organization and cross-function/platform

- Strong written, verbal, and facilitation skills and the ability to communicate technical and business information effectively to both technical and non-technical people

- Established skills in identifying needs, developing and applying strategies to address change management issues

- Ability to travel up to 30%

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in IT, Business, or other related field

- Prior working experience in Financial Analysis and Commodity management space

- Prior SAP deployment experience

- Experience working with leveraged resources
