Supply Chain Manager - Medical Devices

1. Understand market dynamics, negotiation and pricing, manufacturing processes for Medical devices, and risk mitigation.

2. Effectively work with suppliers to negotiate optimal terms for sourcing. Understand the trade-offs between cost, volume, and quality in order to meet the requirement and secure long term supply continuity

3. Assess and mitigate risks to the business. Manage global supply chain disruptions and ensure continuous supply of material

4. Develop an in-depth understanding of value-added manufacturing processes and costs.

5. Develop a capacity plan that meets Sales forecast

6. Breakdown current procurement and production process, carry out gap analysis and fix them

7. Work with the Contract manufacturers, provide forecast to them and ensure quality and timely delivery of the product

8. Conduct onsite audit of Suppliers/Contract manufacturers as per Standard

9. Maintain COGS for all products and track them against each production order

10. Investigate and take appropriate action in case of any process deviation, non-compliance, market complaints, Product failures, product recalls.
