Position : Lead - Supply Chain for International Business

Basis Criteria:

Education: MBA SCM / operations

Experience: 9-15 Years

Location: Ahmedabad

- Team - 3 members (India, Nigeria & Bangladesh)

- Preferred Sector: FMCG International supply chain & global 3P management with experience in HFD category

- Must have led Planning with sound knowledge about global trade, regulations & compliances & procurement . Should have experience of NPD Development with 3P. Managing Food / Nutrition manufacturing experience would be an added advantage.

- Good knowledge on international geographies regulations particularly in food & nutrition's

- SAP, ERP & MS Office knowledge

- Should have managed a team of reportees in multiple geographies

- Sound Knowledge of International Business & GC responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities (Manufacturing site ops/Vendor Management/Sourcing RM/PM, Negotiation):

- Leading SnOP for International Business & ensure supplies as per commitments

- Internal Stakeholder Management for Long Range Planning & AOP for the year.

- LRP for Capacity Planning & manufacturing footprint Strategies

- AOP for delivering FG including sourcing and production strategies

- External Stakeholder Management for Efficiency Build-up and Cost Control

- Co-Packers - 3P & strategic business partners

- Freight Forwarders

- RM/PM Suppliers

- Shipping companies

- Delivering Cost Saving & SCM Efficiency Improvement Projects

- Ability to deliver 100% OTIF

- Keeping Internal System aligned for production and dispatches based on country specific requirements

- Managing Sourcing & Inventory Holding of Country Specific Packing Materials

- Complying & Implementing of Regulatory Requirements

- Leading NPD Launches & Renovation rollout for Business

- Ensuring Commercial Closures with Co-Packers and Legal Agreement compliances

- Leading risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with RnD, regulatory, QA and other involved stakeholders

- Building & Controlling AOP Plans

- Conducting & assisting Monthly Audits of 3rd Party Location for Quality & Regulatory needs

- Developing new Co-Packers for New Manufacturing Set-ups & starting from scratch in new countries

Travel Need:

- International Travel to Co-Packer Locations (GCC, Asia, Africa)

- Market Visit with Sales team as & when needed

Major KPIs:

1. Order Fulfilment: Order to Delivery % (OTIF %)

2. Targeted GC% Delivery and Delivery of Planned Savings Numbers to ensuring COGS Control

3. QA / Regulatory Audit Compliance & Score

4. RM/PM Inventory in Days, Sourcing cost savings, and alternate vendor development
