Supply Chain/Logistics Role - Consulting Firm - Contractual

- Experience should span supply chain and logistics. This includes demand forecasting, S&OP processes, production planning, logistics and network planning. All these typically have a planning, scheduling, execution hierarchy. While some definitions of supply chain also include procurement, the same is not applicable here. Experience should span plant related supply chain and outside the plant (inbound movement of raw materials and outbound movement of finished goods).

- Experience in industrial goods sector is preferable. FMCG & Pharma would also be considered.

- The candidate ideally someone who has ~10 years of overall experience, of which ~7 years is in the supply chain and logistics area. Experience can be in consulting projects only, or a combination of experience in consulting and industry supply chain / logistics roles (whether in a company buying SCM / L services from others, or a company selling such services). Idea is that during this supply chain experience, the candidate has seen multiple supply chain regimes.

- Experience with digital interventions - whether planning tools, or analytics - is preferable.
