Client Details
Our client is an US based MNC and one of leading manufacturers of the personal care / hygiene products. They are present in 30 plus countries employing more than 40,000 people worldwide.
They are currently looking for a Supply Chain Finance Manager at their Sanaswadi Plant location
Description
Your responsibilities will include:
- Drive financial and commercial hygiene across the mill operations.
- Responsible for commercial control, analysis of plant cost and performance and seek opportunities for cost effectiveness.
- Responsible for working closely with the central team on projects, initiatives and day to day operations.
- Responsible for the fiscal compliance
- Responsible for overseeing, analysing, and driving plant and 3rd party conversion cost and budget administration.
- Evaluation of CAPEX proposals and controls over spends and projects deliverable.
- Month end closing
- Championing internal controls over 3rd party operations and underlining periodic review over operating profit.
- Identify and recommend business processes to optimise and improve financial internal controls
- Driving Cost Transformation Projects
- Budgeting for Supply Chain costs and measurement of budget vs actual
- Partnering with the procurement team to understand material price forecasts and updating the material cost forecast to the FP&A team
- Working capital management and suggesting course corrections
- Partnering key supply chain projects and providing inputs for optimisation
- Cost Benchmarking across all plants
Profile
You are a qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 4-6 years post qualification experience. You have in depth understanding and direct exposure of stakeholder management, change management, benchmarking, budgeting, forecasting and cost optimisation. You should have excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills and the ability to verbally and in writing communicate effectively with all levels of management and employees. You should be able to take initiative and work independently, prioritising multiple responsibilities and activities in high pressure situations.
