Urgent Requirement : Supply Chain Excellence (Logistics) - Frame service levels and performance management with Primary transporters to support execution of dispatch plans across all manufacturing location, mother/regional DCs. - Lead the standardization of Logistics and Warehousing KPIs in alignment with global standards, documenting ways of working and ensuring compliance across all DCs. - Design and implement network for primary transportation and review (regular basis) in conjunction to total delivered cost. - Lead rollout of SAP-WMS implementation across identified warehouse and partner with RLMs and LSP to deliver committed KPIs. - Building a strong transportation network with identified primary transportation vendors by lane. - Working with the transportation vendors to ensure strong business relationship and support at optimal cost and vehicle load factor basis. Negotiating favorable terms for annual transportation agreements. - Developing framework for execution excellence in warehousing through value stream mapping and other lean management programs. - Driving pipe line of cost savings ideas, create price advantage, continuity of quality supply and innovation for the function - Establish safety and quality parameters for warehouse operations and partner along with Regional Logistics team for compliance/adherence. - Partner with RLMs to design the Warehouse Layouts, put away and picking strategies along with the LSP and implementation of the best-in-class technological solutions i.e WMS, Bar coding, racking solutions etc. - Develop SOPs for warehousing operation in ensuring inventory accuracy across the country on a daily basis and identify the critical issues.
