Our client, US MNC FMCG company is looking for the following: Position Title: Supply Chain Excellence Manager Location: Mumbai Reports to: Head, Planning and Logistics Role Purpose - As part of the Planning & Logistics team, the SC Excellence lead will work towards driving key strategic projects on process excellence and new initiatives to build a customer centric best in class supply chain. - The scope of work includes customer excellence, logistics Automation and building capabilities for serving alternate channels like e-commerce etc. Digital and embracing new technology, advanced analytics would be a key factor in driving the transformation. Role responsibilities - Support Digital Initiatives in Supply Chain - Lead key SC projects in the area of Customer Excellence and Logistics by working closely with Planning, Logistics and Customer Service team - Map end to end processes to identify area of opportunity to improve supply chain agility and responsiveness - Support alternate channel supply chain process design including e-com, modern trade, eB2B etc. - Drive the Stock freshness agenda for the organization - Supply Chain KPI monitoring and Performance management - Manage the Quality System in Distribution in partnership with the quality team Education: - Engineering graduate with Post Graduation in Supply Chain / Operations Management Skills &amp; Experience: - 4-7 Years of Supply Chain experience in Planning/Logistics/Customer Service/Distribution - Digital acumen and hands on experience in driving key projects - Project management experience / capability - Financial understanding covering areas of SC P&amp;L and gross profit would be added advantage - Strategic thinking along with evidence of influencing stakeholders - Experience in leading sustainable and quantifiable change / improvement programs - Demonstrated ability to work with people Key Relationships: Key contacts and interfaces for this role both internally and externally Internal Stakeholders: - Logistics Team - Supply Planning Team - Customer Service Team - Sales Planning Team External Stakeholders: - Consulting Organizations - 3PL Service Providers - Logistics Suppliers
