Supplier Group Governance Manager with a leading MNC

- The role will be India based but will be an extended part of the UK SRM and Offshoring team, which has ownership of the supplier management framework covering intra group and critical supplier governance. The team is part of the wider Operations Commercial function (Procurement, Supplier Management, Offshoring, Facilities and Real Estate).

- The role is key to the delivery of the organization's strategic objectives as it enables senior business stakeholders to understand the performance and delivery of service, provides visibility of risks and mitigations, drives visible value, enables decision making, maintains controls and supports business growth.

Tasks will include but not limited to:

- Supplier spend analysis and report reporting.

- Monthly supplier financial stability checks via

- Engage with Supplier Relationship Managers within the trading divisions to obtain supplier updates and use this information to produce produce dashboards/slides/reports

- Lead the gathering and analysis of the supplier ESG information and summary report production

- Support the production and development of SRM guidance documents

- Liaise with business Relationship Managers to obtain/develop Exit and Business Continuity Plans

- Perform supplier contract reviews and gap analysis to drive improvements

- Conduct Supplier segmentation/Materiality Assessments

- Ownership and maintenance of the SRM risk log

- Periodically issue the latest organisation Codes of Business to suppliers
