Description : - Incumbent should be strong in Supplier Quality, Supplier Development, Vendor Development. - Minimum 5 years- experience within Global Sourcing, or Operations categories focused on Electronics (EMS Industry - PCBA, Box Build) and Mechanical Components. - Familiar with LEAN principles, with hands on experience on designing and improving shop floor operation using right tools (VSM, SMED etc.), and quick problem-solving skill. - Familiar with VAVE, tear down process. - Provide training, mentoring and guidance to suppliers per Supplier Development strategy.
