Excellent opportunity for OD Supervisor for a Pune based MNC

Experience- 10-15 years

Budget- 21 LPA

RESPONSIBILITIES : The OD Supervisor is tasked with enhancing employee productivity by improving skillsets and competencies required for job performance. This role assesses company-wide developmental needs, drives training initiatives, and organizes suitable training solutions for employees. Additionally, the position actively searches for, designs, and implements effective methods to train and enhance performance, while overseeing OD staff to ensure optimal performance.

A. Manage Organizational Development

- Adjust training strategies to align with changing business needs and market scenarios.

- Identify, prepare, and execute the Annual Training Plan through training need identification.

- Train and coach managers, supervisors, and other personnel involved in employee management.

- Conduct follow-up studies on completed training to evaluate and measure results.

B. Talent Development

- Develop and implement programs to nurture the next generation of leaders.

- Ensure timely selection of new trainers based on organizational needs.

- Execute mentoring and coaching programs at the country level.

- Develop essential skills/competencies for future business needs at the country level.

- Support the development of subject matter experts.

-Implement employee recognition programs.

C. Manage Personnel Administration

- Utilize all resources to manage the team, including assigned training and development actions in the MyTalent system.

- Evaluate team performance and potential, supporting growth through coaching.

- Prepare the training budget and provide quarterly updates.

D. Engagement and Motivation of Employees

- Ensure implementation of action plans to improve employee engagement.

- Foster initiatives to build organizational culture.

- Execute the employee engagement strategy and action plan.

- Participate in local awards for employer branding.

- Communicate organizational culture/values to employees, focusing on PNA-DNA.

- Develop and maintain organizational communications such as intranet bulletin boards and newsletters.

E. Talent Management

- Focus on developing the next generation of leaders.

- Propose and implement tools like AI, AR/VR, and obtain/develop effective training materials using various media.

- Develop training content for in-house training modules.

- Execute the corporate talent management strategy.

F. Compliance

- Manage mandatory compliance trainings assigned by the global team.

- Address customer and ISO audits.

- Support the Country HR Manager on M2S requirements.

- Contribute to the execution of projects related to India CSR initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Education Level: Master's degree in Human Resources or Social Work.

- Professional Registrations and Certifications: Welfare Officer (is a plus).

- Language Requirements: English, Hindi, Marathi.

EXPERIENCE:

- Years of Experience: Minimum 12 years in Training and Organization Development within the manufacturing industry. Experience with multiple plant responsibilities is preferred.

- Experience in developing and implementing training procedures and systems.

- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

- Team builder with excellent people skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work with a multicultural team.

- Experience in a multinational organization and unionization organization is a plus.
