WORK LOCATION : PUNE/MUMBAI - Performing the administration of and any services pursuant to administration agreements in respect of a portfolio of hedge fund clients; - Review & sign-off of Net Asset Value calculations, financial statements and associated reports - Reviewing/Authorizing payments and other transactions; - Address and/or escalate all material issues affecting the NAV production process or client relationship in general to Senior Vice President in a detailed & timely manner - Primary point of contact and escalation for the Year end process with respect to audit timelines, Financial Statement Preparation, Regulatory filings, Tax services, etc - Primary point of contact and escalation for KPIs & KRIs on the client deliverables of the team - Coordination & oversight for all facets of COE pipeline - includes New Business, migrations, organic changes including liquidations & resignations; monitor and escalate ingestion and progress of new clients, fund launches and on boarding of existing clients. - Managing & coordinating the Year end process with respect to audit timelines, Financial Statement Preparation, Regulatory filings, Tax services, etc - Liaising closely with the Supervisor to identify and implement on the job training initiatives for team members; own team related duties including vacation management, performance appraisals, etc - Engage & own intra-office migrations and/or new client on boarding - Contribute & own departmental initiatives while supporting team initiatives - Drive forward continuous improvement, seeking efficiencies while maintaining adequate controls. - Monitoring progress of (Senior)/Fund Accountants to identify areas for additional training & development; - Building relationships & working closely with investor relations group and liaising with other departments within Citco as required; - Training & Coaching staff; - Meeting expectations of clients & fund participants, adhering to deadlines; - Positioning one-self to be the first escalation point for internal queries; - Assisting Assistant Vice President to coordinate the Year End process with respect to audit timelines, Financial Statement Preparation, Regulatory filings, Tax services etc;
