Job Designation : HR Supervisor
Job Location : Trivandrum
Roles & Responsibilities :
Reports to : Head - Human Resources
The broad responsibilities include the following and are not confined to Organisation Business Presentation Design Services- Trivandrum location :
Operational HR (day-to-day operations) :
Deployment of HR processes :
- Ensures deployment of various HR processes (medical benefits, background verification, on-boarding etc.,), as per company guidelines, reviews them periodically and implements changes, wherever required upon syndication with office and HR leadership
Communication of process guidelines :
- Periodically reviews and updates HR guidelines, policies and processes that are applicable for both India locations of Company Business Presentation Design Services
Data management :
- Ensures that all HR-related data is updated and managed seamlessly for various people processes/engagement touch points
- Ensures data consistency and correctness across various systems
Compliance :
- Helps assess, document and review HR risks periodically and devises mitigation plans
- Reviews various HR audit requirements and ensures compliance
Vendor management :
- Monitors and reviews vendor service levels periodically to help sustain / improve services
Projects :
- Able to lead / contribute to various HR projects identified based on business requirements these can be location specific as well cross-location projects
- Facilitate in building system tools that can help handle people touch points
- Collaborate with internal IT in designing tools/system, if any that can help in effectively managing process and capturing relevant data pertaining to various people touch points
Engagement :
- Plans and ensures adherence to the engagement calendar and guides the team in managing the monthly and annual engagement activities
- Helps launch new engagement initiatives based on the business need and upon syndication with office and HR leadership
Supports HR and Administration functions effectively :
- Collaborates with the Facilities Supervisor on common HR & Admin activities / initiatives
People management :
- Guides, motivates and mentors the HR team in Trivandrum in delivering the HR agenda
Stakeholder management :
- Has networking and collaborative skills to maintain strong and deep relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Seeks opportunities for improvement of current processes and proactively discusses, seeks different perspectives, views and opinions from stakeholders at all times.
