Job Overview: The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the entire marketing function at SuperProfs. This includes ideating and executing new creative campaigns, improving existing campaigns, funnel management, cost management, ROI management, ORM, partnerships, data driven decision making and managing regular operations.


Responsibilities and Duties:

- Manage a young and dynamic team of in-house marketers and freelance content writers.

- Impart learning on your immediate reports to up skill the marketing team.

- Align the team and its priorities with the company's short and long term goals.

- Ensure that the regular tasks are done in an efficient and timely manner.

- Maintain and grow lead pipeline.

- Create acquisition tools like lead magnets, influencing collateral like success story videos and conversion campaigns like special offers.

- Ideate and execute campaigns for users at all levels of the funnel acquisition, influence, engagement and conversion.

- Setup marketing automations like drip campaigns.

- Acquire, engage and convert users through website as well as Android app.

- Manage online reputation of the brand.

- Run paid campaigns while managing marketing spends that varies with the business cycle.

- Identify the KPIs for each campaign and conduct in-depth analysis of campaigns to measure them.

- Understand and interpret data to make decisions that address a pain point or effect an improvement.

- Maintain and improve ROI from paid campaigns.

- Drive app installs, sign-ups, and engagement both organically and through paid campaigns.

- Evaluate, finalize, and nurture partnerships with third parties like tool vendors. Identify partnership opportunities for marketing.

- Review, edit, and write marketing copies and articles that are engaging and grammatically and factually correct.

- A/B test with control, A and B groups whenever possible and correctly interpret the results to drive continual improvement in marketing communication and campaigns.

Qualifications - MUST HAVE

- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing including SEM and SEO.

- Demonstrable record of scaling up results while maintaining the associated costs and ROIs.

- Excellent command over written and spoken English at par with native proficiency.

- Experience working on CRM and reporting tools.

- Experience working on Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Search Console, Google Play Console, email clients, SMS clients, app notification clients, WordPress, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.

- Experience in social media marketing - organic and paid.

- Ability to think in an organized and structured manner with a clear understanding of the goal at all times. Use this thought process to juggle multiple projects by guiding the team towards the right priorities.

- A bias towards backing up your ideas with relevant data.

- Eagerness to take initiative and see through projects in a timely manner.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and thrive in chaos.

- Ability to stay up-to-date with the changing trends in digital marketing and SEO.

Qualifications - Good to have

- 1 year experience in managing a team of at least 4-5 people.

- Experience in App marketing.

- Experience in e-commerce marketing.

- Experience in negotiating and partnering with external parties.

- Experience in creating graphic and/or video collateral.

- Experience in ATL marketing.

REMUNERATION OFFERED - up to 8 lac per annum
