SuperGaming - Product Manager - Monetization

MaskGun is India's best shooting game. We have had 40M users for it over the last 4 years organically who love playing the game. But we need to start doing a better job with monetization and are looking to hire the first Product Manager - Monetization for it.

Responsibilities:

- Understand our current players and their buying patterns deeply segmented by geography and player persona.

- Define strategy to increase player to payer conversion, in-game spending, retention and average revenue per user (ARPU).

- Set pricing strategy for micro-transactions, monitor in-game economics and modify pricing based on results.

- Work with different teams to execute the monetization strategy, analyze it and continuously iterate on it.

- Define monetization KPIs and build dashboards/reports to track them.

Experience & Skills Required:

- 3-5 years of product management experience in gaming. Monetization product experience - preferred.

- Strong analytical skills and mindset.

- Ability to balance monetization with a good player experience.
