SuperGaming - Manager - Performance Marketing

We build multiple games, right from our flagship game MaskGun which has over 50M installs globally to our newest and fastest-growing game ever, Devil Amongst Us, which has 5M installs in 2 months.

While most of this is organic, we now want to use performance marketing to grow even faster and are looking for an experience performance marketer from a games background to join our team and run campaigns for multiple games.

Responsibilities:

- Help us grow our games through performance marketing - in some cases that's growing install base, in other cases growing revenue

- Plan, set u, monitor and analyze the campaigns

- Work with the creatives team to strategize campaigns and get the creatives made

- Analyze and report KPIs to the larger team and founders

Experience and skills required

- 3+ years of experience in running performance marketing for games

- In-depth understanding of Facebook and Google ads

- Strong analytical and reporting skills

- Good understanding of the games industry and an eye for the latest trends
