Key Performance Areas (KPAs) :
1. International sales forecasting, planning and reporting :
- Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of projects
- Prepare detailed international sales plans and monthly /periodic sales forecasts across projects
- Provide inputs and market intelligence to Head - Sales and business owners on international factors affecting the buying and selling of residential / commercial projects
- Prepare cash flows across projects for sales realisations
- Prepare sales MIS against budgets & targets and report to the management for all International sales
2. International Sales :
- Develop and implement processes to drive international sales
- Identify, keep records and network with key NRI customers
- Identify, assess, budget and implement sales & promotional activities in National & international markets (Ex. trade shows & forums, sponsorships & events etc)
- Explore newer channels of expanding customer base and collaborate with marketing team in broadening it
- Provide assistance UHNI clients with legal formalities and advise during purchase of properties in India
3. Stakeholder Management :
- Network with various property consultants / brokers and prospective national & international clients / HNIs to further organization's interests in project sales
- Perform hands on management of broker networks across projects - develop, review and revise schemes & plans w.r.t brokerage commissions & payments
- Identify, assess, budget & implement platforms for engaging brokers, IPCs, wealth managers and other sales & marketing channels for real estate products
- Coordinate in consultation with marketing with media houses for schemes & plans related to media buying, barters and other structured deals to cross leverage sales & marketing
