Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Creation and Implementation of an MIS system. Generating MIS reports for top management so as to assist them in decision making
2. Liasoning with internal & external stakeholders
3. Monitorig the gathering data for generating a clean MIS
4. Sharing the MIS as per schedule with the management team only
5. Recommending formulation of sales strategy and course correction
6. Collaborating with key stakeholders on ideas to achieve incremental sales
7. Providing strategic inputs & developing sales verticals on a micro & macro level
8. Making pricing recommendations to enable achievement of budgeted targets
9. Provide industry & client research support
10. Review & ensure completion of key action items arising out of various stakeholder meetings
11. Business Planning and Analysis of Business Plan and its Fundamentals. SWOT Analysis.
12. Account and Budget Monitoring. Preparation of Review Presentations (Monthly, Quarterly and Annually)
13. Monitoring of Sales Plan and Annual operational plan on monthly basis and presenting the same to the top management.
14. Preparation of Sales Plan and Strategy in alignment with the Business Plan and Strategy.
