Market research & assessment - 

- Gather data on potential partners and competitors and analyze their service offerings, prices, sales, and method of marketing.

- Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data

- Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies

- Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing function

- Formulate strategies based on the customer trends, marketing tactics, competitive advantage and manufacturing dependencies/cost.

- Prepare- go-to- market sales planning by devising strategic selling methodologies and tools by working in collaboration with the Marketing & Sales function.

Strategic alliances & partnerships

- Identify and evaluate new mergers and acquisitions opportunities, performs risk analysis and present findings & analysis to senior management for review and approval

- Study market and identify new prospects for forming alliances and partnerships

- Prepare acquisitions plans based on the inputs from market research & investment evaluation and organization growth plans

- Prepare detailed reports/ plans, risk mitigation steps and performs cost-benefit analysis for strategic initiatives such as for Joint Ventures, Diversification, and Integration etc.

- Scan the domestic / international markets to identify potential opportunities

- Act as the first point contact for the for the incoming enquiries both from global and local level so that the potential clients are put in contact with the right person in a timely and efficient manner.

- Coordinate with the regional sales teams to ensure the clients- queries are channelized to the correct plants and process owners.

- Identify and manage alliances & partnerships at domestic / international level.

Credentials

- MBA degree with proven industry experience

- 3 - 10 years of experience in a strategy role, of which at least 2-3 years in corporate /organizational planning in real estate & construction/ EPC sector or as a part of the sales strategy team
