Key Role:
Talent Acquisition and Management
- Attract and retain best-in-class talent from the target sector
- Create a viable plan for hiring talent from other related sectors
- Engage with stakeholders and create an active pipeline for new hires
- Be proactive in predicting trends in hiring and retaining based on research within the sector
- Develop and implement ideas for improving the talent acquisition process and outcomes; identify key sourcing channels; develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, effectively gathering research, making direct contact calls, networking, leveraging relevant social media and employee referrals
- Manage the candidate lifecycle effectively so as to increase the offer to joinee ratio
Campus Engagement
- Manage a strong campus relationship with the targeted colleges
- Engage with campuses for summer internships and live projects
- Be the single point-of-contact for management for all campus related matters
- Build a strong brand on campus
Performance Appraisal
- Manage the performance appraisal cycle along with the Head of HR
- Conduct market research before each appraisal cycle to advise the management on the trends within the sector
Learning and Organizational Development
- Manage the learning agenda for the organization at various levels
- Manage stakeholders to encouarge the culture of learning within the organization
- Ensure that trainings on all key SOPs, Products an processes are conducted regularly
- Manage training MIS and update the Management regularly
HR MIS
- Have a strong hold on HR MIS
- Prepare the HR MIS as per the required schedule (weekly, monthly, etc)
- Be the custodian of all employee related information within HRMS
Requisite skills
- Strong people management skills across levels
- Good hold on excel
- Sound understanding of HRMS systems (like Sensys, Adrenaline) would be preferred
- Sound understanding of statutory compliances is essential
