Opening for Fresher's with SunTec Business Solutions (Product based company) @ Trivandrum

Role: Associate Product Owner

Responsibilities:-

- Analyse markets such as analysing competitors, statistical reports, analyst reports, basic financial ratios and MD&A (Management discussions and analysis) of some leading companies in our space.

- To support the product owner in improving the product's marketing campaigns.

- Develop strategies to promote a product and solutions. Get these strategies refined through continuous interactions, feedbacks and reviews from within the team and leadership.

- Assist in production, distribution and inventory maintenance of soft assets of the product

- Identify forward and backward integration opportunities for the product based on trends and SWOT analysis.

- For a given problem and solution space analysis various industry verticals and help in arriving and value propositions.

- Assist the Product Owner in managing the scope of features to ensure time to market is not compromised by making trade-offs and focusing on incremental delivery.

- Assist and support Product Owner on the overall strategic roadmap to build innovative solutions and support business objectives.

- Attend clients' meetings from time to time to understand the client's requirements and perform further assessment with the Product Team on client's requirements.

- Assist in developing business cases for various micro initiatives (market facing as well as internal)

- Support product owner in decision making and ensuring that the quality and strengths of the product are not compromised.

- Assist the Product Owner to take a feature, or set of features, and break it down into clearly written and implementable user stories that support and bring clarity to the team. Such user stories should include functionality description, scope of story, acceptance and supporting documentation.

Qualifications Desired from the Candidate.

- Btech + MBA from Tier 1 B schools

- Fluent in English-written and spoken

- Ability to deal with numbers and data and proficiency in spreadsheets

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

- Positive and "can do" attitude

- Passion to keep learning

- Ability to work across teams and has to be a go getter.

- Experience in any enterprise product company is a plus.

- Will be given high quality leadership supervision and mentoring, the candidate has to be able to challenge status quo while being ready to adapt to company's vision and culture.
