Job Responsibilities :

- Responsible for new business development across different regions with focus on one particular region from Asia Pacific, Australia and New Zealand, Africa, Middle East, Europe, America

- Focus on relationship management, leads generation and management as well as coordinate with different teams internally and act as the face of SunTec in front of clients

- Manage partnerships and alliances from SunTec side with other strategic, tactical and operational partners across different regions

- Work with the front end sales team and play proactive deal in progressing and closing new sales deals

- Represent SunTec at leading regional and global BFSI events

- Update the internal teams with the latest market and industry requirements

- Work closely with the pre-sales and product development teams to generate maximum value for the customer

Preferred experience :

- 1-3 years of experience in enterprise sales or 1-2 years of experience in the sales domain/client facing pre-sales domain

- Good knowledge of the banking and the financial domain

- Basic knowledge of the sales process for enterprise sales/overall sales process

- Excellent communication and client facing skills and ability to comprehensively articulate SunTec's vision and SunTec's products value to the client

- Experience in handling senior stakeholders from the clients, especially at the C-Level

- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to think out of the box

- MBA from a premier B-School is preferred, but not mandatory if the same business acumen can be demonstrated
