About profile:

- Role is more of an internal consultant to Academic, Curriculum, Operations, T&D and Placements team - wherein the person will be a responsible end to end program management for the MBA program

- This is a high impact role in which you would be responsible for creating and managing the overall student experience from joining till the graduation

- Complete responsibility of creating a blueprint for a program, curriculum structure, academic calendar, evaluation, training & development, extracurricular activities, industry interaction leading to placements

- Drive adoption of technology and LMS among students, faculty, and other academic teams

- Create and continuously track employability curve for every student and take real-time action

Requirement:

- From a top tier consulting firm with MBA from Tier 1 MBA institute with 3-7 years of experience

- Must be passionate about solving complex problems.

- Should have a technology-first approach for every problem.

- Should be able to sustain and perform in a high-pressure situations.

- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
