Job Description :
- Developing and building a lead generation plan and admissions plan, meeting or exceeding monthly or annual targets
- It will be a managerial role and have to setup and manage the sales team in the region
- Establish connects and drive admissions with the channel partner in the region
- Responsible for developing new potential pockets and reach of assign market to optimize new enrolments qualitatively and quantitatively.
- Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels.
- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives
- Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
- Create and send accurate weekly/monthly reports and Daily Dashboard
