Program Manager/Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities :

- Conceptualize the program structure and define the program direction through execution strategies.

- Work with cross-functional teams to build synergy and ensure open and transparent communication.

- Manage program development with content and delivery team including timelines, budget, etc.

- Collaborate with the marketing and branding team for online, offline, social, content for the program.

- Own program research, consumer insights, program communication and product positioning.

- Work closely with external and internal stakeholders to deliver admissions for the program at scale.

- Own and manage the sales process to ensure a correct pitch, provide training to sales team.

- improve overall funnel conversions from leads to enrolments throughout the admissions process.

- Grow revenue through product interventions- new features, specialization, articulations, add-ons etc.

Desired Skills :

- Prior experience in a corporate role in a large organization or consulting

- Start-up experience ideal but not mandatory.
