Position - Program Manager

Experience - 1/5 years

Responsibilities:

- Work directly with the stakeholders on solving interesting and large-impact problems across the organization.

- Independently managing large projects and programs within the organization across various products, operations, partnerships and investor relations.

- Make Strategic Compliances for smooth running of products / Business.

- Manage the existing products and to have the ability to build new products from scratch.

- Work as the binding force that keeps all the verticals intact and together (Solving very selective Business problems wherein your assistance is required).

Desired Skills

- Relevant degree from Tier 1 Colleges. (IIT /NIT /BITS )

- Relevant Working Experience in the Managerial profile (2+ Years).

- Startup Experience is an added advantage.

- People's Person with Entrepreneurial, leaderships and Management Skills.

- Strong hold on data (excel / reports), market research and insights basis same being showcased in his past roles
