About profile:
- Understand the customer in depth and be the customer's voice in the organization
- Conceptualize the program structure and define the program direction through execution strategies
- Work with cross-functional teams to build synergy and ensure open and transparent communication
- Partner with industry experts and academic leaders to design course content and program features
- Manage program development with content and delivery team including timelines, budget, etc.
- Work with Content, Delivery, and Career Services teams to ensure successful program delivery
- Collaborate with the marketing and branding team for online, offline, social, content for the program
- Own program research, consumer insights, program communication and product positioning
- Plan and organize webinars, SME interviews, marketing campaigns to make the program successful
- Work closely with external and internal stakeholders to deliver admissions for the program at scale
- Own and manage the sales process to ensure a correct pitch, provide training to sales team, improve overall funnel conversions from leads to enrolments throughout the admissions process
- Grow revenue through product interventions- new features, specialization, articulations, add-ons etc
