The Business Marketing Ops Lead will be responsible for ensuring the brand presence and work towards the aspirational brand positioning for Sunstone in the Indian market, through the seamless execution of a targeted multi-facet, multi-channel marketing strategy, in line with strategic sales priorities. The role will work closely with the sales and program teams to activate sales opportunities, enable program and student engagement activities and will craft communication across channels to generate content that will fuel the lead-gen marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Content Specialist

- Skills and attributes in creating engaging, inspiring and persuasive B2C content and communication

- Ability to understand and articulate complex business ideas in an engaging, audience-friendly style with the talent to tell stories that inspire action

- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, deft in writing, editing and has a way with words

- Ability to think visually and blend copy and creative designs to create impact

Strategic sales responsibilities :

- Work closely with the business sales team to create and execute marketing campaigns and activity that drives new and expands existing business in key target verticals.

- Develop sales and marketing collaterals and content in line with identified objectives to drive awareness and consideration within target verticals.

- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs) with the view to improve quality of MQL and improve user experience.

Events & Experiences :

- Work closely with Operations teams to identify and create content/ intel/events designed to drive client engagement and advocacy.

- Manage collateral delivery for all events, from brief to delivery, with a focus on driving engagement, including:

- Virtual & face-to-face client events (webinars, roundtables, networking, podcasts)

- Industry events (sponsorships, speaking opportunities, conferences, exhibitions, awards)

- Work with Digital Designers to create all branded assets - invitations, collateral, presentations, merchandise, gifting, video production.

Essential Requirements:

- An experienced B2C marketing professional, with 6+ years of industry experience

- Someone who has run the entire end-to-end marketing funnel, with an excellent grasp of brand-building and demand gen activities, as well as customer-focused campaigns

- Track record of leading marketing initiatives to drive tangible business impact, achieving revenue growth within budget

- A highly organised individual who's able to juggle multiple competing priorities and demands from different teams

- Exposure & experience in handling campaign, events and exhibition collateral planning and delivery with strategic communication designs
